Do you do like, “reverse headhunting?” I worked with agencies like Creative Circle, Aquent, Vitamin T, etc. and loooooved having a talent agency place me and advocate for me. I have a relationship with a recruiter at Robert Half who was pumped about my more corporate and consulting resume but all the recruiters I knew seem to have evaporated and I think some of those agencies were bought by private equity. They don’t operate the same way. When I’m ready to get back in the game I’m willing to pay to play lol. Does anyone do that? Like those agencies would get a commission from the company off me but I’d be willing to negotiate something like that directly for the right placement. I’m a path of least resistance person. But a heavy hitter.

This is where my husband is. He sat on the bathroom floor and sobbed about having to go back to a job that is sucking his soul out of him. But he can’t quit and the job market is absolutely horrendous so he’s stuck and falling deeper and deeper into a depressive episode because shit is fucking depressive.
