Actual Explanation: Imagine a group of kids wanna beat you up but there's one confident strong kid stronger than the rest who thinks he can solo you. But you're the strongest in history so you play with the strong kid and embarrass him by fighting him in a weaker form nerfing yourself so the strong kid thinks you two are almost equal but reality you're holding back just to save your stamina later bcuz you need to save some strength and energy for when the strong kids entire gang tries to gang up on you. You go full power, but you're still a little tired from fighting the strong kid but then your little brother hits you with too many weird punches with his hooligan friend and you end up losing bcuz you didn't expect your lil bro to suddenly go thru puberty mid fight.

Sukuna sought to dismantle the pillar that the jujitsu world stood upon, he didn’t want to just beat Satoru, he wanted to absolutely analyze and tear apart his identity. He could’ve easily gone Heian at the start without Mahoraga, with passive HWB, and won that fight knowing that he’d be fucked fighting the rest of the verse. His plan since Shibuya involved Megumi for a reason, he protected Megumi from his domain for a reason, he gave up his perfect vessel in Yuji Itadori even though he would’ve won the fight faster using Yuji for a reason. He didn’t need Mahoraga, he had a vendetta against the six eyes, he was a true villain.
