This single-serving chocolate lava cake is one of my favorite recipes for when I’m craving something rich and chocolatey without making a whole dessert. It’s warm, fudgy, and has that gooey chocolate center that makes lava cake so good. And the best part? You probably already have everything you need! Single-Serving Chocolate Lava Cake Ingredients * 1/3 cup (56 g) dark chocolate * 2 1/2 tbsp (35 g) butter * 1 egg * 1/3 cup (41 g) powdered sugar * 2 tbsp (18 g) all-purpose flour * 1 tsp cocoa powder Bake at 375°F for approximately 14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
