a bit of both. when you married, you knew about the child and accepted the situation. now that youre together after being separated, you have a child that he hadn't contemplated and had not accepted. its foreseeable that you couldve gotten pregnant when you were separated, but good sense would suggest that you'd have had the sense to not get pregnant while your marriage was up in the air.
