@heresyourbite: Coconut Ginger Brothy Rice Bowls with Sticky Miso Chicken 🍚🍂 One of my favorite cozy dinners for fall! The chicken gets marinated in a sweet and savory miso glaze, then served over brown rice with a spicy coconut ginger broth, tender bok choy, chili crisp, scallions, and plenty of lime. I used @lundbergfarms Organic Short Grain Brown Rice here, which has the perfect hearty, slightly chewy texture for soaking up all of that broth. I love making a big batch of rice and broth at the start of the week, then switching up the protein and veggies for an easy dinner throughout the week. #LundbergPartner Full written recipe is in my bio! #brothbowls #broth #ricebowl #EasyRecipes
