Mums don’t need another thing added to the list. We need more options. 🩵 Options to earn without giving every hour away. Options to build around the school runs, the sick days, the appointments and the chaos. Options that don’t require us to choose between being present and creating something for ourselves. That’s what digital marketing became for me. Not a way to become busier. A way to create more choice, more independence and more breathing room around motherhood. My results are my own and won’t be the same for everyone, but I’ll always be grateful I found another route. Comment “MUM” if you want me to explain what I started with and how it works.

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Cereal 🍪🥛 Tiny, crispy chocolate chip cookies dipped in chocolate! So good with milk! 🤎 Ingredients: * 115g unsalted butter, softened * 90g brown sugar * 50g granulated sugar * 1 large egg * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 180g all-purpose flour * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * 120g mini chocolate chips * White, milk & dark chocolate, for coating Instructions: 1. Cream the softened butter with both sugars until light and creamy. 2. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined. 3. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix just until a dough forms, then fold in the mini chocolate chips. 4. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. 5. Roll into super tiny balls and place each one into a mini silicone sphere mold. 6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 6–8 minutes, or until golden. Baking time may vary depending on the size of your mold. 7. Let the cookies cool completely before removing them from the mold. 8. Using the same silicone mold, fill each cavity halfway with melted white, milk, or dark chocolate. 9. Place each cookie back into the mold, flat side facing down into the chocolate. 10. Let the chocolate set completely, either at room temperature or in the fridge, before removing. Serve with cold milk and enjoy! 🥛🤎 The perfect little crispy, chocolatey bites that melt in your mouth! Note: You can find the link to the silicone mold I used in my Amazon Favorites, linked in my bio! 🤎 #Foodie #cookie #cereal #baking #homemade
