Last time I gave a 2 week notice, they took me off the schedule and told me it was my last day. Despite me working my butt off for them and being the highest performer there. I would’ve been screwed if I gave a 2 month notice.

haha I left a job of 8 years at 515 when I was walking out on a Friday-gave keys, said see ya on the flip side and started a new job that Monday. I know I f$cked them over bc working at a bank-there are so many things you have to do when someone quits. felt amazing

I was a manager at a company for 17 years work there 20 I've gave them 6 months notice than 3 only to be told I still needed to put in a 2 weeks notice 😂 my last day they still had me on the schedule 😳

My company is awesome, in this regard, if you actually put in a two weeks notice they will let you go within 24-48 hours AND pay you for the next 2 weeks as if you worked 40hrs a week.

2 weeks ago, I gave a 3 week notice at the start of my shift… they seemed so happy for me and after lunch they laid me off…I was soooo hurt bc I needed that money to move! But God is providing 🙌🏼 but yes NEVER GIVE A 2week notice!!!!
