I have rebuilt so many pumps but never rebuilt a valve. Didnt even know there a rebuilt kit for valve.

I'm sorry but is this satire? If so i can donate a couple ball valves to those in need. It has to cost more to drive over or mail said ball valve then to get one from home Depot.

Who would buy a threaded 1000 psi ball valve. Too much liability when you go to unscrew anything downstream.
