When my cat woke me up at 5 am throwing up and I thought my flowers poisoned him and the emergency vet wanted me to drop $2k on tests and treatment. Come to find out he bit my dish sponge and I think he didn’t like how soap tasted. I still made it to my 8 am lecture

in a way, it kinda make me realize what type of mother i will be if i ever get the chance. i do anything for my dog and i always make sure she gets whatever her little heart desires.

Got 2 kitties after I turned 20 and 3 months later one of them got asthma. I’m now the inhaler giver every 12 hours for the rest of his life but it’s all worth it 😋

i told my parents “how the hell did you let me leave the house knowing i was gonna go party in the woods when i was a teen? i’m terrified someone’s gonna break into my apartment, steal my baby, and torture her” 😭 or aching when they’re upset or scared. like i get it now

Me when my cat broke into my pantry and it cost $110 to call poison control and an additional $90 at the vet just for him to explosively poop all over my apartment. Also EVERYTHING is child locked in my apartment now. Even my stove, because he figured out how to turn it on

Booked a vet appt for one of my dogs after he started getting really skinny and spent the week leading up sobbing because I “let him get a parasite.” Spent the three days after sobbing even HARDER because the vet had to send away for diabetes test results (so I “totally gave him diabetes”). BTW, clean bill of health, he just exercises
