I served koolaid jammers at my kids birthday party and you would’ve thought I was lining up tequila shots for the 6 year olds the way the parents reacted🥴

If he can have a chocolate croissant, why can’t he have a doughnut?

Mine would eat the donut, the eggs, the avocado and the toast and then ask for a peanut butter sandwich 😮💨

If he wanted donuts tomorrow he shouldn't have eaten them all today, thats on him tbh. I eat only some of my snacks so they last longer myself and its great

potentially controversial opinion: id rather them have the sugar earlier in the day. gives them time to burn off the energy

a donut for breakfast is fine as long as it's paired with a protein and fruit. that is ACTUAL balance.

My kid most likely has ARFID or extreme food aversion, so I’m happy if he eats anything that fills him in the morning. Chocolate donut and milk? Awesome. At least he’s eaten.

absolutely not... American donuts are the worst... I mean sure they taste fine, but they are so unhealthy... if my toddler wants sweets, I make homemade pancakes with bananas and oats... no added sugar...

Dr.Veronica | Optimal Wellness :
My mom was like the blue mom and two out of her three kids suffered from obesity. I ended up getting insulin resistance at a young age, and it’s interfered with my period and fertility even in my 30’s. Yes, we ate LOTS of vegetables, but the glucose spikes from the processed foods they let us eat severely impacted us. I’m not saying I would never let my kids eat a donut, but I will most likely be like the gray sweater mom. I don’t wish for anyone to go through the immense amount of pain I’ve endured due to lack of boundaries my parents had in terms of the food we ate.
