Medicaid Assistance Counselor here in Virginia and I can tell you they 100% get Medicaid as well as SNAP, daycare Assistance, heating Assistance and electricity Assistance. No green card or not pregnant, no problem, the adults get emergency Medicaid and their children who were not born in the US get full coverage medical, dental and vision. Pregnant you get full medical, dental and vision until newborn is 60 days old.
