Are you going to get the footage? I'd look into it as soon as you're able to send a "Spoliation" or "Preservation" letter. They probably won't give you the footage as a nicety, but I do I think if you notify them on paper... they have to save the footage in case you need it at a later time. If you don't put the request in, their servers will rewrite and erase everything. I have watched your videos and follow along I just don't remember if you said that you were getting the footage or not. It's extra horrible how they're treating you. 😭💗

honestly some of these dentists are so dramatic. I've had a dentist refuse care to my child after they whined during a cleaning.

So I’m going to preface one last time what happened. I asked for nitrous bc I get a little nervous having dental work done- they got really off put by this and they old me they don’t give anything- I said ok that’s fine. She started working on me- and breaking tooth crunching it , pulled my baby tooth pit next to it (that didn’t need to be taken out.) my hands both jumped up off the arm rests , and the dental hygienist with her was like “ oh the not to move you’re doing good etc” and I apologized and kept still. I had tears in my eyes bc of the pressure in my face. And she proceeded to work in my

That letter is nothing more than them trying to cover their own asses! They're accusing u of misconduct because they were unprofessional and committing professional misconduct! They're trying to be sure they won't be sued for malpractice and negligence!!

That letter is so beyond disgusting. The appointment was horrific and traumatizing by itself but to send you that letter! Don't let this go. They need to pay for every bit of care you need because of them, and the ongoing care you'll need. I can't imagine how you feel because I feel rage. Total bullshit
