I'd say make the jaws less bulky, especially on females, but even so on the males, their faces just look very rounded right now. also, try to add a little more girth to the hair, not by much but especially with ones that have bangs. BUT UR DOING GREAT KEEP IT UP

cant tell cause it's the finished product, but are you sketching out the basic shapes and basic brainstorming before you add details? like sketching it lightly so you can easily erase it later
