when my daugther was in ICU on a ventillator and they were trying to have me expect that she might never come off the machine. i set down next to her and in my spirit started to worship and thanking God for His deliverence. I was there for about 7 hrs but seemed like 20 minutes. not only my daugther started improving rapidly but the entire ICU got cleared out! everybody got healed and went home! and my daugther after being sent home on hospice against all odds was back in school a week later. no hospice. just victory! thank you Jesus!

I'm in physical pain 90% of the time... and this one night laying down and in the middle of sobbing, I just started thanking Him, praising Him for even in pain I have mobility, I can do for myself, I can still walk etc.. and this sudden warmth surrounded me and suddenly the pain for that night was gone and I slept sooo good! I still hurt but I still choose to be grateful

It actually affects biology as well: when feeling gratitude, happiness, love and positive feelings, your DNA chain expands and your immune system gets stronger. When having negative feelings, the opposite happens, too. Blessings! 🥰🥰🥰

Early ! I have a whole list of many simple things I add to my prayers as soon as my eyes open in the morning and then again at night from the day . ❤️It is so true . Phoenix if you see this , tell me what you see around me . My sister much older is practicing witchcraft. I rebuke her in Jesus name . She does try to put it onto us 🙏🏻 Although I still pray for her

I can attest to this! I used to struggle with constant intrusive thoughts, but taking them captive and replacing them with some form of gratitude helped so much. It happens much less now :)
