it wil be warmer because of system losses in form of heat. if the condenser is separated ant mounted outside the house, it will be cooler

it get's hotter. since the motors keeps get energy from electricity, and while the energy can't go anywhere. the energy in the kitchen keep increasing, while most of them keeps converted into heat in any way.
