@moneykristina: Ukraine is being bombarded with missiles, its power grid is under attack, and now we’re learning that critical advance missile warnings were reportedly interrupted. All while world leaders discuss PEACE. This week, Russian attacks left hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian households without electricity. And winter hasn’t even begun. Last winter, Ukrainians endured brutal freezing temperatures, prolonged blackouts, and homes without heat. Now they’re facing the terrifying possibility of living through it all over again. My hometown is Kyiv. My family and friends are still there. And trust me, the reality of everyday life is far more terrifying and exhausting than any headline can capture. Imagine trying to raise children, work, run a business, or simply sleep when missiles, air raid sirens, and power outages dictate your entire existence. Ukrainians aren’t asking for extraordinary lives. They’re asking for ordinary ones. And while the world is tired of hearing about Ukraine, imagine how tired Ukrainians are of living it. 💔🇺🇦 Please don’t let Ukraine become background noise.
