@sidseixeiroshow: Dear Ottawa Senators fans...Thank you. #ottawasenators #sick #thesidseixeiroshow

Nathan Bannerman :

I mean to be fair Mitch is probably a better person than Brady😂

Brad Fraser :

Well, one thing you’re not factoring in is the Sens have fans in the stands. Scotiabank Arena is just full of corporate seating no fans there.

🇨🇦LmaxQc🇨🇦 :

habs fan here, YOU NAILED IT SENS FANS [Feu][Feu][Feu]

Ryan :

Marner was a free agent free to go where he wanted Brady was signed and still under contract

Allaura :

Yeah Mitch is still a Canadian at the end of the day and we’ll all still cheer for him during international hockey

Erika Hille 🍁 :

As a Sens fan, I am so proud of my team and city last night. In this economy, I didn’t want to spend my money to go to a game with him as captain. I finally will start going back to games. 👏🏼

jennykeckler :

quinn hughes keeps getting lumped in with tkachuk and hellybuck but his situation was completely different

rustindivamonte50 :

Marner was traded to Vegas and he didn’t publicly say he wanted out of Toronto. Brady demanded a trade out of Ottawa. So the fans reaction was mixed

Big Bus :

Don’t trade them. Sit them

A.Rad :

Sens fans understand the assignment!! Super proud of them and I’m a die hard Habs fan!!

Aladinsane 🇨🇦 :

The salary cap needs to be based on after tax numbers.

⭐️💟Mimi Chanelle V2.0💟⭐️ :

I am not Sens fan but I am a certified Tkachuk hater and that game and that crowd healed my soul a little 🥲🥰

Andy Freeman 🇨🇦 :

Those Sens fans spoke for all of us.

Rene 🇨🇦 :

I can't believe that we played dirty vs his old team. Fans will now never forgive him

mel :

the sens army tide was starting to shift before the trade news came out. but collectively we didn’t say anything, i know a lot of people who were mad but chose to stay silent out of respect for our “captain” out of respect for the team and the game. that bite our toungue attitude went out the window and im so proud

Julie Ann :

Sens fans showed up but you know who else showed up? The players, they played with more passion than I’ve seen in a long time.

DRAGZ :

On a scale of 1-5 how was the game😂

Just me 🇨🇦 :

I was at the game and I can tell you that it was the loudest booing I have ever heard…it was great

House of Bards 🇨🇦 :

I have criticized the Ottawa fanbase many times but my god, this was beautiful!!

angellise17 :

👏👏👏 well done Sens fans!!

🇨🇦Mike :

The fan reaction will never move the needle for any NHL player or management.

Perry :

Most of us leafs fans have no beef with Mitch. I miss him on the team and also wish him well. Brady is not Mitch.

letsgoforsushi :

Canadian teams are like a developmental league.

Lisasuzanne🇨🇦🇨🇦 :

Loved it
