Money doesn’t make you a good mom. It can certainly make life easier financially, but being a great mother goes far beyond what’s in your bank account. A great mother is someone who loves, nurtures, protects, and provides for her child to the best of her ability, whether she has a lot of money or very little. There are amazing mothers who struggle financially, just as there are wealthy mothers who fall short emotionally. Financial stability is important, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with waiting until you feel financially ready to have children. But let’s not confuse financial readiness with the ability to be a good mother. Those are two different things.
