The OWNER of the happy hour made a tik tok disregarding all of us who said we had something taken. They told me they hadn’t donated yet but still didn’t have my mat there?

I got my car broken into and stuff stolen at the one sweat in rice village btw! It was a 5:30am class and I parked in the front just fyi so no one leaves anything in their cars.

I have to shower after heated classes bc I go straight to work so I loved how happy hour (heights) had showers however not sure the showers are up to code. The walls are not tiled; only the floor is tiled. The walls are drywall which soak up moisture and mold over time which is why in a commercial setting you are required to tile at least 4-5 feet up the walls…Also the doors to the showers are wood which screams mold festering as well ??

That owner is her own worst enemy. you’re not listening to your own clients? The clients that keep your lights on? Okay.

This is unfortunately, the equivalent of paying a gym membership and getting your car broken into in the parking lot. No one can control that not even the owners. Yes the classes are expensive and we need safety measures but a popular city like Houston is full of people looking for unlocked car doors. :(

Well come over to The SWT Method in Montrose. I anchor the early morning classes and I stand outside with lots of lighting and I walk my clients to their car. That’s not mandatory for my instructors but as a man I was raised to look out for women that are around me. We also have cameras, cubbies and we’ll be adding lockers soon. We are located at 1210 W. Clay Street, Unit 10.

I’ve had my locker broken into multiple times and the only way that could happen would be with the master key!

Worked in fitness for years; every single studio had weird men come in to the studio or following women afterwards. Never walk out alone, never be in the studio alone, always lock the door during classes.

I used to be a ClassPass warrior and I had some negative experiences at numerous Pilates studios in Houston. The vibe is judgmental and unwelcoming (Studio Be and Plank to Pike to name a few). Now I’m at Club Studio at LOVE IT. Front desk is super welcoming, they have garage security guards, and the instructors are all super kind and welcoming. Not to mention I’m on a base membership for 172/mo and if I wanted to take 7 Pilates classes a week I could. You can take as many classes as you want a day as long as it isn’t the same class type. 🤷🏽♀️
