@livsograceful: What if it’s not hard…what if you just haven’t gotten your reps in yet? 🤭 A little reminder that being a beginner doesn’t mean you’re bad at something. It means you’re learning something new. And there’s so much beauty (and fun!) in that. My first salsa class reminded me of this in more ways than one. Because learning the steps was one thing, but having to surrender the lead and trust my partner?! Baby, that was a whole different practice. 😂💃🏽 But that’s the beauty of new experiences. They introduce us to parts of ourselves we haven’t yet had the opportunity to explore. So take the class. Try the thing. Laugh at yourself. Get a little uncomfortable. And give yourself the grace to be a beginner. Maybe it’s not hard. Maybe it’s just new.
