There is a lot that could of prevented this: 1. Drive better - Stop rotate tractor wheels, drive slowly and rotate trator towards the left as soon as first trailer gets more to the left side of the road rotate tractor wheels towards the right and left again and do as many times as needed until the second trailer is on the road 2. Before driving put belts on the hay bales
