Iunno I think this is selfish. Average age of death for a woman in the US is 81. Very likely she’ll be dead when this kid is barely in their 30s.

Risk of parentification. having elderly parents can turn a person into a carer at a young age. But having a lot of $$ negates some of the issues associated with that

Quite honestly, as someone who’s at the age of 39 has for the first time entered a relationship with a man I can see myself having a child with, hearing from other women who’ve had children late, is super encouraging and feels comforting that it may still happen to become a mother.

To be fair, Robert De Niro wasn’t physically carrying nor giving birth to the child. He also wasn’t a primary caregiver for that child, so the comparison isn’t fair

As someone who started fertility treatments at 36 and delivered their one and only, fabulous childcare 40. I loathe the message that we have time that celebrities send. I was lucky I could pay for IVF. 12 embryos netted one child. I’d have loved a second, but that would have been yet another round of IVF. I had used my savings up and some retirement too. I will be working well past 60, but it’s worth it. These celebrities need to stop acting like super humans and disclose!

I don’t approve of any older people having children, no matter the gender. And there were discussions when dinero had his child. It’s irresponsible
