If you don’t like the phone you can take it back!! Do it now before you have had it to long and you can’t! There are alot of other options of phones!!! Tell them what you use your phone for and what options you are specifically looking for!!! Details Details you want them to do their job and know what they are selling you!!! You can also YOU TUBE your phone and that is a great way to get to know your new phone and all the features it has and how to use it
