for the non Malaysian/Indonesian, in English, you can use "I" to address yourself. But in Indonesian/Malaysian, using saya/gue sounds weird. in my country, most people use kakak(older sister)/ adik(kid? mostly used to refer to a younger person or younger sibling)/ abang(older brother)/their name. Mind you, not all countries are the exact same in culture
