Highly recommend seeing if you can go to a pelvic floor therapist after you’re healed. Mine felt so weak after having my ovarian tumor removed and I wish I would’ve seen one

Everyone keeps talking about “how snatched she is” but the ONE thing I cannot stop thinking about is how your internal organs are rearranging and how your body is completely changing inside. Your body accommodated the tumor for YEARS and is now like “wtf just happened”
