👜Honest Gorchic Review👜 Quality ✨ The quality of the bag is okay; however. i have received inspired bags with better quality. The hardware is yellow, there are certain areas where the stitching is off, the zipper gets stuck sometimes, and the canvas does not align correctly. It’s not terrible for a dupe, but there is definitely better out there. Customer Service✨ They are timely with their responses and gets back to you within 24 hours. They also answer any and all of your questions. However, i did send a message about the quality and the inconsistency in the bag and their response was because they were “hand made” that was not reasonable reason for a return or a replacement. Shipping✨ I HATE the shipping. It takes between 2-3 weeks for the package to deliver. They give you the original tracking number but not the updated USPS tracking number once it makes it in. You can only see the tracking update through their tracking site and it’s delayed by 24-48 hours. My packages delivered on the 14th, i checked the mailbox on the 15th, and the website updated on the 16th. If you want the box you have to pay an extra 25$ each item for shipping to include boxes. Overall, the bags are okay, customer service was okay, shipping could have been better. I cannot see myself purchasing from them again. 3/5⭐️ #gorchic #unboxingvideo #unbox #handbag #purse
