The issue is the land even if you clear the forest there is only so much land. There are more people today fighting over the same land and we’re just at that tipping point regardless of whoever owns the land. There are lots of buyers for the same few plots.

There’s a huge housing bubble, renting is so much cheaper than buying and demographics are tuning. We’re down in population with negative migration plus a lower birth rate. Over time prices will just melt. What’s going to blow up faster is circular financing in tech. The anthropic IPO will be the top.
