50 years ago we used to go to Riddle and Martin for the roast beef subs. I’m sure it has to be different owners, but is the roast beef still rare?

Grew up on R&M subs. 3 owners since I’m a little girl. My favorite is the Italian with mayo and the roast beef with Swiss! You MUST try their Mac salad and potato salad. Da best!
