I want to preface this by saying, as a postpartum woman, I know this topic can be incredibly triggering.

I approach this share with a lot of transparency and sensitivity, because I speak to women every single day about their bodies after having a baby. Loose skin is one of the most asked-about topics.

As a member of the mama tribe, I feel compelled to share my truth, my body, and the real changes that have happened from growing two beautiful babies.

The increased laxity in my skin is normal.
And I want to be clear—this post is not a competition or debate about who has more or less loose/“looser” skin after birth.

I’m simply sharing my truth and reminding you that ALL degrees of laxity are normal ❤️‍🩹

✨ You are still worthy.
✨ You are still beautiful.
✨ You are truly a miracle worker.

The truth is, there isn’t much we can do to fully return the skin to its pre-baby state without surgery. But the great news?
We can absolutely rebuild and strengthen the muscles underneath the skin, which is what truly supports us in the work of motherhood and daily life. That’s where I come in as your coach 🤝🏼

Let the way I speak about myself and my body serve as a reminder.
You can shift the way you speak to and about yourself.
It can be softer. Kinder. More loving.

Your body did the most mind-blowing 🤯thing.
And it deserves to be honored for that!!

So much love to you all 🫶🏼 #fitmom #postpartumjourney #postpartumbody #pregnancyjourney #womenshealth
