The thing is, it seems small, but it shows how much control she had over everything. She manipulated with crocodile tears, feigned outrage, and using Kody as a puppet to control the rest. She knew all their secretes (aka weaknesses). She stabbed them in the back, buf OG3 handed her the knife.

I think Sobbin wanted to be Queen Bee. She didn’t want any of the wives to leave because she wanted to rule the roost. She wanted to rule over the wives and used Kotex to do her dirty work. but her plan backfired.
