I had “implantation bleeding” but I was having blood clots, I bled heavily for 6 days straight, I had cramps, I experienced what felt 100% like a normal period only to find out 4 weeks later I was pregnant. I had no symptoms leading up to the pregnancy test & even currently now. No nausea, no fatigue, no breast pain, etc. I have strong HCG levels & a healthy baby on the way. At this point anything is possible!
