if you ever feel down, just look up toph from the avatar franchise. Shes a blind girl but she is amazingly strong, moreso than people with sight. Her blindness gives her an advantage, it doesnt set her back

please please please, if you are in the states and ever file for SSA disability, make sure there is a clear and current document about her missing eyeballs. It will make your life easier, you won't believe the information that is missing from records when it is a lifelong condition that her care team is used to and SSA is picky about vision documentation.
