it really depends on how thick or thin your lip is lol, but mine didn’t hurt too bad but i have a side vert so less fat to go through, it’ll look hella cool tho

I felt like my lip was getting sewn shut. It was probably my most painful piercing out of 15. But it’s cute and once it heals it’s amazing. Healing process is pretty easy also
