Mr.Sugrim from, CWC ,aka Chinie was the one who built that wind turbine in hopes to generate power for his hotel ( Classic) and give some back into GPL grid. Unfortunately due to political restrain and difficulties acquiring legal documentation he wad basically forced to abandon the initiative.
