My father lost his father to liver failure due to excessive drinking(caused by his ptsd from Vietnam), and I lost my father due to an extension cord(also from ptsd, and other mental issues). It’s not a joke

My dad has a friend who served, he’s seen some shit, always carries a gun on him wherever he goes and theres just guns all around his house

My grandpa said he never struggled with ptsd after the war, and I honestly believe that. But when he was passing, he would get flashbacks. It was terrible to watch him fight and scream in his hospital bed.
