I don’t think it’s that serious. You get a cheaper rate usually if you don’t even try. If you find a cheaper rate somewhere else at any point then just switch it’s not that serious. I usually drive safe so I usually have a high score. I think it’s pretty forgiving of late night driving and speeding.

Do NOT get Tesla insurance- price fluxes every month depending on how you drive the month prior. You also get dinged for driving between 11pm -4am.

apply for Tesla insurance threw the Tesla app very easy ! I pay $165 for full coverage other places want $400 !!! and you can add road side also very cheap and I also got the windshield insurance for like $16 a month they just need to inspect your car a one time apt ! (:

My man has Tesla insurance. His Tesla was side swiped. Made the claim through the app. Dropped off the car, they gave us a rental with free supercharging and FSD. Car was ready in a week. Only paid the deductible. It was the cheapest monthly premium out of all other insurances we got quotes from. And dealing with that claim was such a breeze. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Had no issues!! Definitely Tesla insurance is the way to go

if you’re in CA don’t get Tesla insurance. they’re in hot water with the department of insurance for not paying claims and may not offer new business in the future if they continue
