I boil the beans in butter and liquid smoke a day before the beef thaws. While the meat thaws, I dump chicken broth and spaghetti sauce into the hot beans. Then I grab any vegetables and throw them in while I sear the cow into almost crispy kernals. Then I toss some corn into the hot pan of beef nuggets...fer flavor. The hard part is keeping me tongue from beating my face for the last bite.👄

I always add a jar of chunky salsa to my chili as a shortcut if I don't have time to cut up onions and peppers

I’ve never heard of putting chickpeas or enchilada sauce in chili but I’m sure gonna try it! I usually use tomato juice in chili and soups
