I’ve had the unfortunate luck of spending the better part of 6 months in and out of the hospital and oh boy do I get the tea. The CNAs all come to my room and give me all the drama 10/10 would go again just for some of that tea

You were my fav nurse as a student. Now, when we get students on the unit, I ask my patients if they can watch every skill as a group, I bring in fellow students as I talk to my assigned student for the day if they don’t understand. Because if one doesn’t understand, chances are most of the group don’t either. Nurture those baby nurses so they will pass it on.
