I live in Willamburg and pay 3900 for rent for a 2/1.5 with a basement and washer and dryer in unit. I am about a mile from domino park and 4 min walk to the J and the M train and a 10 mins train ride into Manhattan. You might be paying more for ed con (electricity) but NYC is worth it something about this city makes you get to it. I am originally from Miami. Btw love your content

if you live in Brooklyn you can get rent cheaper than $6k. Probably closer to $3k - $4k depending on how many bedrooms and amenities you'd want.

You would love nyc!! I moved 4 years ago and truely the best decision. I think Williamsburg would be a really great area for you guys - it's super walkable area, close to the city while not being in the chaos of Manhattan

These numbers are a fine estimate so long as you only eat out one meal a week. Also my coned bill has been well over $200. Otherwise yes it’s fine

I live in ny and these numbers is wayyy too expensive especially for rent you can find really big apartments in Brooklyn for way less you can find something cheaper like 3000-4000 in downtown Brooklyn plz don’t pay more then that it’s way to expensive

Honestly, based on the last video with the brand deals, and you no linger being in debt, maybe it’s just a matter of priorities? Would the cost of living in NYC be worth it in relation to how much you’d be able to make from social media? I think you can make it with less than 6k rent especially if you’re not in Manhattan, or even in Manhattan depending on where on the island. I do think you could find an in unit washer/dryer but electricity can be expensive here! Your car will cost you (as I said previously, but these numbers seem doable to me. I would also say that your eating out budget might get higher but you could always get deal or partnerships with restaurants to try their food. I said this previously, and I’m biased, but NYC would be a great fit for you!

I live in Brooklyn with me family of 5 we pay rent for 3 rooms $3400. Try not to live at Manhattan you will save a lot and will help reducing your expenses a lot

Gosh moving to NYC is a DREAM!! Just spent 3 weeks there. I would vote NYC over San Diego any day. The city is so fun and has so much to offer. I wish I moved out of CA and lived in NYC a little bit.
