I was 15 but my parents gave us swx talks and age apropiate sex ed. It was SO SAD when the girls of my class,who were having older boyfriends and doing things, did not know half of the info I did. Almost all of them truly believed (bc the boy said so) that you cant get pregnant the first time you have sex. Why? god knows😭 I also had to explain how most stds are transmitted since again, almost all of them were told you only get it when you do it with a stranger?? what sense does that make??
