this makes sense for restaurants but not really for residential. at least not the part where they're doing renovations. who is going to pay 200 per day to store their food there. let's say you rent it for 4 days that's 800. do people really have over 800 worth of food in their fridge?

These probably will only work year-round in warm climates. If you try to do something like this in Chicago, I don’t believe that these units would operate outside when the temperature is below freezing.
