@thecollagen.co: For Kirby, losing 35kg was about so much more than the number on the scales. 🥹🤍 Starting at 112kg, she made one small change by adding Glow Shakes to her breakfast routine. Over 18 months, those small steps turned into healthier habits, more confidence and a whole new outlook on life. Now, instead of watching from the sidelines, she’s running, playing and making memories with her son. 🫶 “Slow and steady wins the race.” – Kirby Join the Glow Talk community via link in bio to hear more stories like this and DM “SHAKE” below and we’ll send you all the flavours to explore 🥤✨ #GlowShake #GlowingReviews #WeightLossJourney #RealStories #TheCollagenCo
