@maxboerboeldog: Omooo, after the dogs finished their workouts, it was time for Oga Bulus, to do his own! 😂🏃🏽‍♂️ All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, so I decided to make our daily exercise routine a family affair. The dogs had their sessions, and then it was Bulus’s turn to jump on the treadmill. Everybody must stay active! 😂 But on a serious note, just like our dogs need appropriate exercise, we humans also benefit from regular physical activity. The key is knowing your limits, especially if you haven’t exercised in a long time. That was why I kept Bulus’s session moderate. I didn’t know his fitness level or how much exercise he could comfortably handle, so there was no need to push him too hard. We started gently, and he stopped when it was enough. Exercise should improve your well being, not become a competition. Honestly, it was all about having fun, encouraging movement, and making wellness part of our everyday lifestyle. The dogs had their routine, Bulus had his workout, and everybody enjoyed themselves. As for me? 😂 I was the coach and cameraman. My own running can wait!
