I got diagnosed with adhd when I was 14. I’m 20 and I’m supposed to get tested for autism. But the thumb thing is very relatable. I love hugs and physical contact but I hate lingering touch. It can’t be in the same place over and over again.

For me it's more like, no one touch me, if I touch you then fine (unless you don't want me to) but the only one who can touch me is my cats and my boyfriend, everyone else can get the hell away from me, even them breathing on me gets my nerves up
