@aliskillwala: Have PKR 50 Lakh? Don't Rush Into Manufacturing! 💡 At Pharma Asia 2026, Karachi Expo Center, a gentleman approached me with around PKR 50 lakh to invest in a new business. He was nearly 50 years old and wanted to enter manufacturing. My advice? Don't invest 50 lakh right away. Start trading with just PKR 1 lakh first! ✅ Understand the market ✅ Build your customer base ✅ Learn sales and product sourcing ✅ Test your business model with limited risk ✅ Reinvest your profits and scale gradually. Once your trading business becomes stable and profitable, you can consider moving into manufacturing with greater market knowledge and confidence. Remember: You don't need a big investment to start a business. You need the right strategy to grow one. Start small. Learn fast. Build smart. Scale when you're ready. — AliSkillwala #AliSkillwala #BusinessAdvice #TradingBusiness #ManufacturingBusiness #Entrepreneurship
