her attitude enrages me. you don't do that to a child. I have a stepdaughter who I've been around since she was 9 years old. she's 29. she lived with us for 10 years. I never once and would never speak badly or try and take her mother's place. I'm not and have never been jealous of her relationship with HER MOTHER! That's just weird.

my kids father would be out of their life for 6 months to a year at a time and then pop up to see them, I let them go and now my 18 yr old son doesn't see him and my 15 yr old daughter sees him every once in a while. they see him for how he is now but I let them figure it out on their own. don't do this mess to your kids, it isn't helping and it makes you the bad guy in their eyes
