owner doesn't involve with decision, they want to measures all the KPI in each game are on target. Not just about winning, but what the manager target vs actual happen. Owner of course view it as business meanwhile manager view it as his carrer portfolios

This is great if the owner is disciplined enough to be involved while also delegating authority and power to the manager. This would never work at a club like Manchester United (although then again, what would?)
