Torture is only useful in very select few situations, like maduro, or like if we were able to capture Hussein or bin Ladin, cuz the thing is, there’s so fucking way you’ll convince me those guys won’t have information for years. They absolutely do. But yeah torturing a guy you think might know something related to something is just not efficient, money is better. Lotta remote islands you can hide a guy and his family and live a nice cushiony life
