Starting in La Mongie, where you’ll even spot llamas wandering around, you take two cable cars up to the summit for some of the most spectacular mountain views I’ve ever seen. There’s an astronomical observatory, a glass-floored viewing platform and somewhere to enjoy lunch and a glass of wine (or three!) overlooking the mountains.
