@iamstacykeast: Episode 4A - shamanism 101 - answering questions of what you’ve done so far and giving a deeper understanding of sacred space & protection #episode4a #series #shamanism

Terry Hayward :

I’m finding the drums not long enough as by the time I get to my sacral space the drums nearly finish and I feel rushed xx

Since my awakening I’ve had quite a few instances of “knowing”. I think this is considered Claircognizance. I didn’t know how to describe it in the beginning so I called it a knowing. An example for me was walking down the hallway and being drawn to a photo of my Grandmother hanging on the wall. She was born with a port wine birthmark over half her face. When I looked at her photo, I had a knowing that her birth mark was a scar of being burned as a witch in a previous life. The knowledge presented itself as fact in my mind.
